How Billing Works at Web Design Hosting SA
Understanding your billing cycle helps you stay on top of renewals and avoid any service interruptions.
Billing Periods
You can choose from the following billing periods when ordering:
- Monthly – Billed every month, more flexible
- Annually – Billed once per year, saves up to 50%
When Will I Be Billed?
You will receive an invoice 14 days before your renewal date. Payment is due on your renewal date. If payment is not received, services may be suspended after a grace period.
Grace Period and Suspension
- Invoices are issued 14 days before the due date
- A reminder is sent if payment is not made by the due date
- Services are suspended after 7 days past the due date
- Services are terminated after 30 days if payment is still outstanding
How to Avoid Service Interruptions
- Enable auto-renewal in your client area
- Store a payment method on file
- Make sure your contact email is current and checked regularly
