After your website is launched, you can request changes through our support team.

How to Submit a Change Request

  1. Email [email protected] with your domain name and a clear description of the change needed
  2. Alternatively WhatsApp us at +27 83 678 9831
  3. Provide any new content, images or reference links if relevant
  4. We will confirm turnaround time based on the scope

Making Your Own Changes

If your site is built on WordPress with Elementor, you can edit most content yourself: log in to WordPress admin ? Pages ? edit with Elementor. We can provide a brief training session if needed.

Change Request Tips

  • Be as specific as possible about what you want changed
  • Include the exact page URL
  • Provide new text or images where applicable
