Configuring Email on Mac with Apple Mail

  1. Open Mail ? Mail menu ? Add Account ? Other Mail Account ? Continue
  2. Enter Name, Email ([email protected]), Password ? Next
  3. Incoming: IMAP, mail.yourdomain.co.za, Port 993, SSL On
  4. Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.co.za, Port 465, SSL On
  5. Click Sign In to verify and save

Troubleshooting

If connection fails go to Mail ? Preferences ? Accounts ? Server Settings and confirm port and SSL settings are correct. Contact our support team if needed.
