Changing Your Hosting Plan
You can upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan at any time from your client area. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
How to Upgrade Your Plan
- Log in to your client area
- Click on Services then My Services
- Click on the hosting service you wish to change
- Select Upgrade/Downgrade
- Choose the new plan and confirm the change
- Pay the prorated difference if upgrading
Available Plans
- Silver – R39/month | 500MB storage | 1 database | 10 email accounts
- Gold – R79/month | 1GB storage | 10 databases | 50 email accounts
- Unlimited – R149/month | Unlimited storage | Unlimited databases | Free .co.za domain
- Business – R199/month | 25GB NVMe | 2x CloudLinux resources | SSH access
What Happens to My Data When I Change Plans?
Your website files, databases and email accounts are not affected when you change plans. The change only adjusts your resource allowances.
