Accessing Your cPanel Control Panel

cPanel is the hosting control panel where you manage your website files, databases, email accounts, and more. Your cPanel credentials were included in your welcome email when you signed up.

Method 1: Log In via the Client Area (Recommended)

This is the easiest method – no need to remember your cPanel username and password.

1. Log in to your client area
2. Go to Services ? My Services
3. Click on your hosting service
4. Click the Login to cPanel button

You will be automatically logged in without entering credentials.

Method 2: Access cPanel Directly via URL

You can access cPanel directly by adding /cpanel to your domain:

https://yourdomain.co.za/cpanel

Enter your cPanel username and password when prompted.

Method 3: Access via Port

If the above methods do not work, try accessing cPanel on port 2083:

https://yourdomain.co.za:2083

Forgot Your cPanel Password?

1. Log in to your client area
2. Go to Services ? My Services ? click your hosting
3. Click Reset cPanel Password
