Setting Up Email Accounts

cPanel makes it easy to create professional email addresses using your domain name (e.g. [email protected]).

How to Create an Email Account

  1. Log in to cPanel
  2. In the Email section, click Email Accounts
  3. Click Create
  4. Enter the email address prefix (e.g. info for [email protected])
  5. Set a strong password
  6. Set a mailbox quota (or select Unlimited)
  7. Click Create

How Many Email Accounts Can I Create?

  • Silver plan: 10 email accounts
  • Gold plan: 50 email accounts
  • Unlimited and Business plans: Unlimited email accounts

Accessing Your Email

  • Webmail: Visit https://yourdomain.co.za/webmail
  • Email client: Set up on Outlook, Apple Mail, or mobile using our email configuration settings

Managing Existing Email Accounts

In Email Accounts, you can:

  • Change the password for an account
  • Change the mailbox quota
  • Delete an account
  • Access webmail directly
