Setting Up Email Accounts
cPanel makes it easy to create professional email addresses using your domain name (e.g. [email protected]).
How to Create an Email Account
- Log in to cPanel
- In the Email section, click Email Accounts
- Click Create
- Enter the email address prefix (e.g.
infofor [email protected]) - Set a strong password
- Set a mailbox quota (or select Unlimited)
- Click Create
How Many Email Accounts Can I Create?
- Silver plan: 10 email accounts
- Gold plan: 50 email accounts
- Unlimited and Business plans: Unlimited email accounts
Accessing Your Email
- Webmail: Visit
https://yourdomain.co.za/webmail - Email client: Set up on Outlook, Apple Mail, or mobile using our email configuration settings
Managing Existing Email Accounts
In Email Accounts, you can:
- Change the password for an account
- Change the mailbox quota
- Delete an account
- Access webmail directly
