Welcome to Web Design Hosting SA!

We’re excited to have you on board. This guide will help you understand how your account works and get you online as quickly as possible.

What You Get When You Sign Up

When you purchase a hosting plan from Web Design Hosting SA, you receive two separate sets of login credentials:

  • Client Area login – This is your account management dashboard at billing.webdesignhostingsa.co.za. Use it to manage your services, pay invoices, open support tickets, and update your account details.
  • cPanel login – This is your hosting control panel where you manage your website files, email accounts, databases and more. Your cPanel credentials are included in your welcome email.

Your Welcome Email

After placing your order and payment is confirmed, you will receive a welcome email containing:

  • Your cPanel username and password
  • Your server hostname
  • Your nameservers (for pointing your domain to our servers)
  • Links to cPanel and your client area

Please keep this email safe – it contains important information about your hosting account.

Next Steps

  1. Log in to your Client Area
  2. Log in to cPanel using the link in your welcome email or via yourdomain.co.za/cpanel
  3. Point your domain to our nameservers (if not already done)
  4. Upload your website files or install WordPress via Softaculous
  5. Set up your email accounts
