Configuring Email on an Android Device

Using Gmail App

  1. Open the Gmail app
  2. Tap your profile picture ? Add another account
  3. Select Other
  4. Enter your full email address and tap Next
  5. Choose IMAP
  6. Enter your email password and tap Next

Incoming Server Settings

  • IMAP Server: mail.yourdomain.co.za
  • Port: 993
  • Security: SSL/TLS
  • Username: [email protected]

Outgoing Server Settings

  • SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.co.za
  • Port: 465
  • Security: SSL/TLS
  • Require sign-in: Yes
  • Username: [email protected]

Using the Samsung Email App

The process is similar. Open Samsung Email ? Add Account ? Other ? enter your email and password ? manually configure the settings above when prompted.
