Cancelling a Hosting Service

We are sorry to see you go. If you would like to cancel your hosting plan, please follow these steps. Please note that cancelling removes access to your hosting account and all associated data.

Before You Cancel

• Back up your files: Download a full cPanel backup before cancelling
• Export your databases: Download your MySQL databases via phpMyAdmin
• Export your emails: If you need copies of old emails, download them from webmail or your email client
• Transfer your domain: If you want to keep your domain, transfer it to another registrar first

How to Request Cancellation

1. Log in to your client area
2. Go to Services ? My Services
3. Click on the hosting service you wish to cancel
4. Click Request Cancellation
5. Select the cancellation type (Immediate or End of Billing Period)
6. Enter a reason and confirm

Cancellation Types

• Immediate: Your account is terminated right away. No refund for unused time.
• End of Billing Period: Your account remains active until your current paid period ends.
