Managing Payment Methods in Your Client Area

Keeping a valid payment method on file ensures your services renew automatically without interruption.

How to Add a Payment Method

  1. Log in to your client area
  2. Click on Billing in the navigation menu
  3. Select Payment Methods
  4. Click Add New Credit Card
  5. Enter your card details and click Save

How to Update an Existing Card

  1. Go to Billing ? Payment Methods
  2. Click Delete on the old card
  3. Add your new card using the steps above

Security

Card payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full card number on our servers – only a secure token is kept for auto-renewal purposes.

If you prefer to pay by EFT/bank transfer, email us at [email protected] for our banking details. Please use your invoice number as the payment reference.
