Managing Payment Methods in Your Client Area
Keeping a valid payment method on file ensures your services renew automatically without interruption.
How to Add a Payment Method
- Log in to your client area
- Click on Billing in the navigation menu
- Select Payment Methods
- Click Add New Credit Card
- Enter your card details and click Save
How to Update an Existing Card
- Go to Billing ? Payment Methods
- Click Delete on the old card
- Add your new card using the steps above
Security
Card payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full card number on our servers – only a secure token is kept for auto-renewal purposes.
