What PHP versions do you support?
We support PHP 4.4 through to 8.3. You can switch between versions at any time in cPanel under MultiPHP Manager. We recommend PHP 8.1 or 8.2 for WordPress sites.
What email client settings do I use?
IMAP: mail.yourdomain.co.za, port 993 (SSL). SMTP: mail.yourdomain.co.za, port 465 (SSL). Use your full email address as the username. See our full email configuration guide.
How do I access cPanel?
Visit yourdomain.co.za/cpanel or log in via your client area ? Services ? My Services ? Login to cPanel.
What web server do you use?
We use LiteSpeed Web Server, which is significantly faster than traditional Apache servers, especially for WordPress sites.
Do you support WordPress?
Yes. WordPress can be installed in minutes via Softaculous in cPanel. Our servers are fully optimised for WordPress with LiteSpeed Cache support and PHP 8.x compatibility.
How do I install WordPress?
Log in to cPanel ? Softaculous Apps Installer ? WordPress ? Install. Fill in your site details and click Install. Your site is live within seconds.
What security features do you include?
All accounts include CloudLinux (account isolation), Imunify360 (malware scanning, WAF, proactive defence), free SSL certificates and daily automated backups.
What is the maximum file upload size?
The default upload limit is 128MB. You can increase this in cPanel ? MultiPHP INI Editor by adjusting the upload_max_filesize value.
Do you support cron jobs?
Yes. You can set up cron jobs in cPanel ? Advanced ? Cron Jobs. These are useful for scheduled tasks, automated backups and WordPress maintenance.
