What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Wise and EFT/bank transfer. Email us for banking details if you prefer EFT.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Both options are available. Annual billing saves up to 50% compared to monthly billing. You choose your preferred cycle when ordering.
When will I be billed?
You receive an invoice 14 days before your renewal date. Reminders are sent at 30, 14 and 7 days before the due date.
What happens if my account is suspended?
If suspended for non-payment, your website and email stop working. Log in to your client area, pay the outstanding invoice, and services reactivate automatically within minutes.
How do I get a tax invoice?
Log in to your client area ? Billing ? My Invoices ? open the invoice ? Download PDF.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. Go to Services ? My Services ? click your hosting ? Upgrade/Downgrade. Upgrades take effect immediately. You pay only the prorated difference.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a money-back guarantee on hosting plans. Domain registrations are non-refundable as they are registered immediately with the registry.
