Viewing and Paying Your Invoices

You can view all outstanding and past invoices in your client area. Web Design Hosting SA sends invoice reminders before the due date – make sure your payments are up to date to avoid service suspension.

How to View Your Invoices

  1. Log in to your client area
  2. Click on Billing in the top navigation
  3. Select My Invoices
  4. Click on any invoice to view its details

How to Pay an Invoice

  1. Open the invoice you wish to pay
  2. Click the Pay Now button
  3. Select your preferred payment method
  4. Complete the payment

You will receive a payment confirmation email once the transaction is processed.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit)
  • American Express
  • Wise (international payments)
  • EFT / Bank transfer (contact us for banking details)

How to Download an Invoice

Open the invoice and click Download PDF to save a copy for your records.
