Before Cancelling

  • Ensure your website and email are not using this domain
  • If transferring elsewhere, transfer first
  • Download all files associated with the domain

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to client area
  2. Domains ? My Domains
  3. Click the domain ? Request Cancellation ? Confirm

Important

Domain registrations are non-refundable as they are registered immediately with the registry.
