Managing Auto-Renewal on Your Services
Auto-renewal automatically renews your hosting plan and domains before they expire, preventing service interruptions. You can enable or disable this at any time.
How to Disable Auto-Renewal
- Log in to your client area
- Go to Services ? My Services (for hosting) or Domains ? My Domains (for domains)
- Click on the service or domain
- Find the Auto Renew toggle and switch it off
- Click Save Changes
Important: Domain Auto-Renewal
We strongly recommend keeping auto-renewal enabled for your domains. If a domain expires, it may be released for anyone to register. Recovering an expired domain can be expensive or impossible.
How to Enable Auto-Renewal
Follow the same steps above but toggle auto-renewal on. You will also need a payment method saved on file. Go to Billing ? Payment Methods to add a card.
Renewal Reminder Emails
We send renewal reminder emails 30 days, 14 days and 7 days before your renewal date. Make sure your email address in your client area is current and accessible.
