Securing Your Client Area with Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your client area account by requiring a one-time code in addition to your password. We strongly recommend enabling this feature.
How to Enable 2FA
- Log in to your client area
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select Security Settings
- Find the Two-Factor Authentication section and click Click here to Enable
- Choose your preferred 2FA method (Google Authenticator is recommended)
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm setup
- Save your backup codes in a safe place
Recommended Authenticator Apps
- Google Authenticator (iOS and Android)
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Authy
Lost Access to Your 2FA Device?
If you lose access to your authenticator app, please open a support ticket with proof of identity so we can verify and restore access to your account.
