Shoppers check online before they visit: do you stock it, what does it cost, are you open and where do you park. We build websites for South African retail stores, boutiques, gift shops and specialist shops that answer those questions and, when you are ready, sell online too, from R1,450 once-off including a year of hosting and a .co.za domain.
Once-off prices, no VAT added. Each package includes a year of hosting, a .co.za domain and email on your domain.
Once-off prices in rand. We are not VAT-registered, so there is no VAT on top. Order online in two minutes: we confirm and email you an invoice, nothing is charged up front.
The ranges and brands you carry, with photos and prices or “from” prices, so shoppers know it is worth the trip.
Start with a showcase and add a full shop with card and instant EFT payments, or start with the shop from day one.
Store hours, holiday hours, mall entrance or parking notes and a map, for each branch if you have more than one.
A WhatsApp button so shoppers can ask “do you have this in my size” before they drive over.
Order online and collect in store, or courier delivery with clear costs and times.
Pages built around what you sell and where you are, linked to your Google Business Profile.
A few real projects from our portfolio.

As soon as you sell online, the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act applies. Section 43 lists information an online seller must show on the website, including your business name and contact details, a physical address, a description of the goods, the full price with delivery costs, and your returns, refund and privacy policies. Section 44 gives online buyers a cooling-off period: they may cancel within seven days of receiving goods, and the only charge you may pass on is the direct cost of returning them. Some sales, such as everyday food delivered to the home, are excluded.
We build these pages into every online shop: terms, returns and refunds, delivery, privacy and a contact page with your details. Have the policies checked against your own business by your adviser.
Not every shop needs to sell online on day one. Many boutiques start with a showcase website that shows new arrivals, ranges and store details, and takes questions on WhatsApp. When you are ready, the same site grows into a full shop with stock levels, payments and courier integration. We have built online stores for C2Kit (refurbished laptops with Johannesburg delivery), Creative Mass (3D printers) and Canvas Print Co (stretched canvas prints). Our guide on starting an online store in South Africa walks through the decisions, and Courier Guy and Pargo shipping covers delivery options.
For a full online shop with payments and stock management, see ecommerce website design. The 30-page package with a shop is R8,950.
Kevin from web design hosting has been excellent to work with for the last 10 years. He handled the design and hosting of our website for Zeek Gold and made the whole process easy from start to finish. He’s responsive, explains things clearly, and always follows through on what he promises. He built / redesigned our site at zeekgold.co.za, and whenever we’ve needed changes or help, he’s sorted it…

Our packages start at R1,450 once-off for a one-page showcase. Most shops choose 5 or 10 pages at R2,950 or R4,950. A full online shop is part of the 30-page package at R8,950. A year of hosting and a .co.za domain are included.
If most of your sales happen in store, a showcase website with hours, ranges and WhatsApp is often enough to start. If customers ask to buy without visiting, or you want to sell outside your area, an online shop makes sense.
Card payments and instant EFT through South African gateways such as PayFast, Yoco or Peach Payments. Our guide to PayFast, Yoco and Peach compares them.
Some point-of-sale systems can sync stock with a WooCommerce shop. Tell us which system you use and we will check what is possible before you order.
