What a hospitality website needs

Rooms and tours

A page for each room type or tour with photos, what is included, rates or “from” prices and the booking button.

Direct bookings

Links to your booking engine, or an enquiry form with dates and guest numbers, so guests can book with you directly.

Location and things to do

A map, directions and nearby attractions, which guests look for and search engines reward.

WhatsApp enquiries

A WhatsApp button for quick questions, which many South African guests prefer to email.

Fast photo galleries

Large, compressed photos that still load quickly on mobile data.

International guests

Clear rates, currency notes and contact options for visitors from abroad.

Direct bookings and online travel agencies

Booking platforms bring guests, but each booking costs commission. A good website gives guests who already know your name a reason to book with you directly: clear photos, honest room descriptions, the same or better rates and a simple way to book. We link your site to the booking engine you use, so availability stays in one place.

Tour and safari operators

Tour operators need a page per tour with the itinerary, duration, inclusions and pick-up points. We built this for Wild Frontiers Uganda Safaris and for Hotel No 5 in Entebbe, as well as Redlands Hotel in Pietermaritzburg.

Who it is for

  • Guest houses and B&Bs
  • Lodges and boutique hotels
  • Self-catering units and holiday homes
  • Tour, safari and activity operators

Kevin from web design hosting has been excellent to work with for the last 10 years. He handled the design and hosting of our website for Zeek Gold and made the whole process easy from start to finish. He’s responsive, explains things clearly, and always follows through on what he promises. He built / redesigned our site at zeekgold.co.za, and whenever we’ve needed changes or help, he’s sorted it…
