Our website design for attorneys and law firms gives every practice area its own clear page, shows who your attorneys are and how they are admitted, and makes it easy for a worried client to call, WhatsApp or send a short enquiry. Packages start at R1,450 once-off, including a year of hosting and a .co.za domain, and we shape your text with the Legal Practice Council’s publicity rules in mind.
Once-off prices, no VAT added. Each package includes a year of hosting, a .co.za domain and email on your domain.
Once-off prices in rand. We are not VAT-registered, so there is no VAT on top. Order online in two minutes: we confirm and email you an invoice, nothing is charged up front.
Divorce, wills and estates, conveyancing, labour, debt collection or RAF claims, each with its own page that explains the process in plain language.
Each attorney’s qualifications, admission as attorney, conveyancer or notary where it applies, languages spoken and the work they handle.
Short forms that ask for contact details and the type of matter, not the full story, with POPIA consent wording and a privacy policy.
Click-to-call and WhatsApp buttons on every page, because many clients contact a firm on the day something goes wrong.
Address, map, parking and hours for each office, which supports your Google Business Profile in local searches.
A simple articles section for changes in the law and common client questions, which you can post yourself.
The Code of Conduct published by the Legal Practice Council under the Legal Practice Act 28 of 2014 treats publicity as any direct or indirect reference to a practitioner or firm, in any medium, so your website and social media profiles are covered. In practice, for a website, that means:
We keep the copy factual and plain, and leave the final wording to you. This is practical website guidance, not legal advice: if you are unsure, the Code lets you ask the Council for a ruling.
People rarely search for a firm name. They search for their problem and their town: “divorce attorney Durban”, “how to transfer a house” or “unfair dismissal CCMA help”. A page per practice area lets you answer that search properly. Each one covers who the service is for, how the process runs, what documents to bring to a first meeting and how to get in touch. Firms in several towns can add an area page for each office. Our local SEO plans then work on map rankings for those searches.
Client correspondence should come from an address on your own domain, not a free Gmail account. Every package includes it, and our email hosting suits larger firms.
Kevin from web design hosting has been excellent to work with for the last 10 years. He handled the design and hosting of our website for Zeek Gold and made the whole process easy from start to finish. He’s responsive, explains things clearly, and always follows through on what he promises. He built / redesigned our site at zeekgold.co.za, and whenever we’ve needed changes or help, he’s sorted it…

Our packages start at R1,450 once-off for a one-page site. Most firms choose 5 pages at R2,950 or 10 pages at R4,950, which leaves room for a page per practice area, attorney profiles and contact. A year of hosting and a .co.za domain are included.
The LPC Code of Conduct does not allow you to name clients in publicity without their prior written consent, so only use names, logos or case details once you have that consent in writing. Keep any review wording factual and avoid claims that you are better than other firms.
The Code allows a practitioner to advertise as a specialist on the basis of specialised qualifications or experience, and the Council may ask you to show that the claim is justified. We word it so you can support it, for example by naming the qualification or years in that field.
Keep it short: name, phone number, email, the type of matter and a brief message. Detailed facts are better discussed once you have accepted the client, and asking for less keeps you on the right side of POPIA. See our POPIA checklist for websites.
